1. About Blendz Travels
Blendz Travels is operated by PKEnterprises, doing business as Blendz Travels. In these Terms, “Blendz Travels,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to PKEnterprises dba Blendz Travels.
Blendz Travels provides travel planning, curated group travel experiences, itinerary coordination, reservations, and related travel services.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or purchasing or reserving a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any trip-specific traveler agreement, payment schedule, supplier terms, or cancellation policy presented to you.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to make a reservation or purchase services.
If you submit information for another traveler, you represent that you have authorization to provide that information.
4. Travel Reservations
A reservation is not confirmed until all required traveler information, agreements, deposits, or payments have been received and written confirmation has been issued.
Prices, availability, schedules, and inclusions may change before confirmation. Quotes and proposals may expire on the date stated.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing names, birth dates, destinations, travel dates, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary details before approval. Traveler names must match the applicable government-issued identification.
5. Payments
Deposits, payment schedules, prices, and final-payment deadlines will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, booking page, traveler agreement, or trip description.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposits and reservation fees are nonrefundable.
- Reservations are not held without required payment.
- Payments must be received by the stated deadline.
- Missed payments may result in cancellation and loss of amounts previously paid.
- Travelers are responsible for disclosed processing, late, returned-payment, or banking fees.
Trip-specific payment terms control if they differ from these general Terms.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the specific trip, supplier agreement, package, and cancellation date.
Many travel products are nonrefundable or become increasingly restricted as the departure date approaches.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@blendztravels.com .
A cancellation is not effective until acknowledged in writing by Blendz Travels.
We cannot guarantee that a supplier will issue a refund, credit, or date change. Approved refunds may exclude nonrefundable deposits, planning fees, administrative charges, insurance costs, and other disclosed amounts.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage may help protect against certain covered cancellations, interruptions, delays, baggage issues, illness, accidents, or emergency medical expenses.
Coverage, exclusions, eligibility, and claim decisions are controlled by the insurance provider. Blendz Travels does not determine whether an insurance claim will be approved.
Travelers who decline insurance accept responsibility for losses that may otherwise have qualified for coverage.
8. Passports and Travel Documents
Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and carrying all required passports, visas, identification, vaccination records, parental authorization, and other travel documents.
Blendz Travels is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, cancellation charges, or losses caused by missing, expired, incorrect, damaged, or incomplete documentation.
9. Health, Safety, and Accessibility
Travelers are responsible for deciding whether a trip is suitable for their health, mobility, and personal needs.
Accessibility or accommodation needs should be disclosed before booking so available options can be explored. We cannot guarantee that every destination, hotel, carrier, or supplier can provide all requested accommodations.
10. Third-Party Suppliers
Blendz Travels coordinates services supplied by independent third parties, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, tour operators, insurance companies, restaurants, and excursion providers.
These suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees or controlled entities of Blendz Travels. Their services are subject to their own policies, schedules, restrictions, and terms.
11. Changes and Uncontrollable Events
Travel may be affected by weather, natural disasters, governmental action, public-health events, transportation delays, mechanical issues, labor disruptions, closures, supplier changes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Blendz Travels may make reasonable itinerary, hotel, transportation, or activity substitutions when necessary. Comparable alternatives will be sought when reasonably available, but exact replacements cannot be guaranteed.
Blendz Travels is not responsible for delays, missed services, additional costs, or other losses caused by events outside its reasonable control.
12. Group Travel Conduct
Participants in group experiences must behave respectfully and must not threaten, harass, endanger, or materially disrupt other travelers, staff, suppliers, or members of the public.
A traveler may be removed from an activity or trip when the traveler’s behavior creates a safety concern or serious disruption. A traveler removed for misconduct is responsible for resulting expenses and may not receive a refund.
13. Photographs and Video
Photos or video may be captured during group travel experiences. Any separate media release or traveler agreement presented for a trip will control how those images may be used.
Travelers who do not wish to appear in promotional photos or video should notify Blendz Travels in writing before the trip.
14. Website Content
Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. Travel prices, schedules, requirements, inclusions, and availability may change.
Website content does not constitute a confirmed reservation unless expressly confirmed in writing.
15. Intellectual Property
The Blendz Travels name, branding, photographs, graphics, trip names, website content, itineraries, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Blendz Travels.
These materials may not be copied, republished, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
16. Email and Text Messages
When you provide your email address or mobile number and consent to communications, we may send inquiry responses, payment reminders, reservation details, trip updates, and promotional messages.
Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
17. Prohibited Website Use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Submit false or unauthorized information.
- Attempt to access restricted systems or accounts.
- Introduce viruses or malicious code.
- Copy, scrape, or commercially exploit the website without permission.
18. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, this website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blendz Travels will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from website use or services performed by independent suppliers.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blendz Travels, PKEnterprises, and their owners, representatives, employees, and contractors from claims or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, inaccurate information, or actions during travel.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Legal proceedings shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Shelby County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
